【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversfoodcookersandfoodreheaterswhichusesteamastheheatsource.Theseunitsarealsoknownassteamers,steamovens,andsteamcookerswhichutilizesteamgeneratedbygas,electricheat,orsteamcoilsources,oracombinationthereof,incommercialandinstitutionalfoodserviceestablishments.Thisspecificationcanbeusedforzero-pressuresteamcookers,pressuresteamers,andcombinationpressure/pressurelesssteamersanddoesnotcoversteamcookingequipmentusedbyfoodprocessorswhonormallypackagethefoodthattheycook.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIvaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
