【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiestestmethods,testrequirementsandclassificationsforairhandlingunitswhicharesupplyingand/orexhaustingair,viaductwork,forventilating/conditioningapartorthewholeofthebuilding.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletothefollowing:a)airconditioningunitsservingalimitedareainabuilding,suchasfancoilunits;b)unitsforresidentialbuildings;c)unitsproducingventilationairmainlyforamanufacturingprocess.Exceptforthethermalandacousticperformanceofthecasing,thetestmethodsandrequirementsareapplicabletobothcompleteunitsandanyseparatesections.Thefilterbypasstestisnotapplicabletothetestingofhighefficiencyparticulateairfilters(HEPA).NOTEHEPAfiltersarerecommendedtobeinstalleddownstreamoftheairhandlingunit.Suchinstallationsshouldbeleaktestedinaccordancewiththeappropriatefilterstandards.Thetestmethodforthethermalperformanceofthecasingisapplicabletothecomparisonofdifferentconstructions,butnottothecalculationofthermallossesthroughthecasingortheriskofcondensation.Similarly,thetestmethodfortheacousticperformanceofthecasingisapplicabletothecomparisonofdifferentconstructions,butnottotheprovisionofaccurateacousticdataforspecificunits.
