【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversflexiblesheetmadefrompoly(vinylchloride)resinastheprimarypolymerintendedforuseinsingle-plyroofingmembranesexposedtotheweather.Thesheetshallcontainreinforcingfibersorreinforcingfabrics.1.2Thetestsandpropertylimitsusedtocharacterizethesheetarevaluesintendedtoensureminimumqualityfortheintendedpurpose.In-placeroofsystemdesigncriteria,suchasfireresistance,materialcompatibility,windupliftresistance,in-situshrinkage,amongothers,arefactorsthatmustbeconsideredbutarebeyondthescopeofthisspecification.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationpriortouse.
